Stained Glass Look

Abstracted by Green, Lavina Blossom, 12×9 acrylic

After making quite a few thumbnail abstracts with various Pitt pens (lines and some shading), I’ve begun to experiment with the same beginnings for larger pieces.  So far, I haven’t made preliminary drawings for the larger (mostly 9×12) pieces.  Some have turned out poorly, and some please to me.  I’ve set aside the ones I don’t care for and will start layering with paint and collage.

I like this one because it looks like stained glass. And  I enjoyed trying out different color mixes to get variations of greens.
